I finished my retro gift wrap designs and am pleased to say they're now available to purchase here from my Kitschy Digitals shop.  The kit only costs $3.99 (£2.50) and includes 7 vintage style wrapping paper patterns and 16 elements.

I printed the patterns onto high resolution paper to make bunting and paper chains ready for Christmas.  You could also use them for wrapping small presents or making into little gift boxes and envelopes!

I'm not sure how I'm going to use these, but I had fun creating them and playing with colour!

my extra hour

With the clocks going back,  I wanted to do something for myself with that extra hour!

I redesigned one of my favourite vintage fabrics for my own personal use.  It doesn't have the same quality as the original, but as I only have a tiny piece left, I wanted preserve that wonderful motif and the perfect combination of blues and purples.

fabric joy!

Words can't express how beautiful this vintage fabric is. When it arrived this morning I was met with an eyeful of crisp, vivid colour, as if its come direct from the factory! Its got to be my new favourite fabric...I'm almost afraid to cut into it!

I've also noticed a bit of a recurring 'tile' theme developing....

My lovely new friend Danielle Thompson from the USA has launched a fantastic new website "Kitschy Digitals" selling digital designs for scrapbooking, card making, printable kits, embroidery patterns etc.  She really kindly asked me to contribute by joining her team of talented designers!  I'll be adding at least 2 products per month, so I'll keep you posted on new products! 

The above designs are the first 2 kits I've put together comprising of 12" square paper repeat patterns and die cut elements which can be used to embelish your photos, personal blog or any other personal projects.  You can also print out the papers and elements for your creations!

graziela wrapping paper!

Possibly one of my most treasured ebay finds is this AMAZING "Brigitte" wrapping paper by Graziela.  From what I can gather is says that you can stick it onto card to make a domino game...I don't think I'll be doing this though, I'm going to preserve it in a frame on my wall...out of the sunlight and away from sticky fingers!

Quite a few months ago I was asked by Spoonflower to be a 'guinea pig' for their new wallpaper and decals.  Up until now I had to keep things quiet, as you can imagine it was really hard to contain my excitement when they announced the news...its always been a dream of mine to see my designs on wallpaper!

graziela and alice apple collaboration

I was thrilled to bits when the lovely Nina from by Graziela asked if I wanted to create a limited edition of my Large Dachshunds made with their infamous heart fabric.  As Graziela is one of my all time favourite textile designers, I of course said yes!

There are only 10 of these limited edition dogs and you can purchase them here.

Also, I was so happy to hear that they just released my favourite "Zircus" print in poster format.  I instantly bought one for myself!
